This paper proposes an intelligent traffic signal optimization solution based on radar technology. By deploying radar devices to monitor pedestrian and vehicle flow, speed, and trajectory in real time, the system dynamically adjusts traffic signal timing, improving traffic efficiency by over 30%. It effectively alleviates urban congestion and enhances the travel experience for both pedestrians and drivers.
